This is a great opportunity for someone with strong mechanical ability and 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing, machine shop or related environment who is looking to learn, develop their skills, and grow with the company long-term. **Key Responsibilities** + Load and unload materials onto CNC machines and other equipment + Assist machine operators with basic tasks and production needs + Move materials, parts, and finished products throughout the shop + Perform simple quality checks and ensure parts meet basic specifications + Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe + Follow all safety procedures and standard operating processes (SOPs) + Support general shop tasks as needed in a team-oriented environment **Qualifications** + High School Diploma or GED required + 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing, machine shop, or a mechanical environment preferred + Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills + Ability to follow instructions and pay close attention to detail + Reliable attendance and strong work ethic + Ability to work independently and as part of a team + Interest in learning machining or growing into a more advanced role over time **Pay Details:** $18.00 to $20.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
