This is a great opportunity to further your existing skills as a **Machine Operator** , while learning new ones to assist you in your career. **Perks:** + Shift: Mon- Fri 6:00 am - 12:30 pm, Sat Overtime needed + Weekly paycheck + Pay: $23.00 Per Hour + Access to Adecco’s Aspire Academy (https://www.adeccousa.com/about-adecco-staffing/adecco-programs-partnerships/aspire-academy/) with thousands of free upskilling courses **Responsibilities** + Winds transformer coils by using engineering specifications. + Stages completed product to assemble. + Utilizes materials in an efficient manner with minimal waste. + Reads and interprets work instructions, specification sheets, or prints and applies data to work types. + Using company tools with reasonable care. + Micrometer in increments of thousandths of an inch. + Operates tools and machinery such as winding machine, sizing plates, torch, air tools, band saw, hand tools, belt sander, scale, shear and hoist. + Follows all company policies including but not limited to, safety, attendance, breaks, etc. **Requirements** + High school or GED + Four years’ experience working in a similar position with experience in basic electronics.
