Employer: Aerotek. **Now Hiring: Laser Machine Operator** **Position Overview** Join our production team as a Laser Machine Operator, responsible for cutting and processing materials with precision equipment. You’ll play a key role in producing high-quality parts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. **What You’ll Do** + Operate laser cutting machines to cut and shape materials to specifications + Load, unload, and position materials on machines + Read and follow blueprints, measurements, and job instructions + Perform basic machine setup and adjustments + Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met + Use hand tools and measuring tools (tape measures, calipers, etc.) + Assist with general production tasks and maintain a clean work area + Follow all safety procedures and guidelines **What You Need** + 1–2 years of manufacturing, machining, or related experience preferred + Experience operating laser machines or CNC equipment is a plus + Ability to read and measure accurately + Comfortable using hand and power tools + Strong attention to detail and quality + Ability to stand for long periods (up to 10 hours) **Work Conditions** + Manufacturing environment (may be warm, noisy, or dusty at times) + Required PPE provided (safety glasses, gloves, etc.) + Steel-toe boots required **Why Join Us** + Employee-owned company — earn stock over time + Team-focused and supportive environment + Training and advancement opportunities **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kenyon, MN. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $23.58 - $23.58/hr.
