Employer: Adecco US, Inc.. **Job Title: Picker-Packer** We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented **Picker-Packer** to support daily warehouse operations. The Picker-Packer is responsible for accurately selecting products from inventory, packing items securely for shipment, and preparing orders for delivery. This role plays an important part in ensuring customer orders are processed efficiently, correctly, and on time. **Key Responsibilities** Pick products from warehouse shelves according to order tickets, packing slips, or digital picking systems Verify item numbers, quantities, and product quality before packing Pack items securely using appropriate packaging materials to prevent damage during transit Label boxes and prepare shipments according to company and carrier guidelines Stage completed orders in designated shipping areas for pickup or loading Assist with receiving, unloading, and organizing incoming inventory when needed Maintain accurate order records by scanning items or updating warehouse systems Follow warehouse safety procedures and company policies at all times Keep workstations, aisles, and packing areas clean and organized Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and general warehouse organization Communicate with supervisors or team members regarding order discrepancies or inventory shortages **Qualifications** High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous warehouse, order picking, or packing experience is a plus Ability to lift, carry, and move packages up to 50 lbs Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic math and counting skills for order accuracy Experience using scanners or warehouse systems is a plus **Skills & Competencies** Attention to detail and order accuracy Physical stamina and reliability Time management and productivity Teamwork and communication Basic inventory or warehouse management system
