Employer: ManpowerGroup. **Picker/Packer I – 1st Shift AND 2nd shift** Ellisville, MO Schedule: Monday–Friday, (as early as 4a for OT) 6:00 AM–2:30 PM + Overtime Available; 2:30p-11p (as late at 1a for OT) Monday-Friday OT on Saturday Looking for a reliable warehouse opportunity with a team-focused environment? We're hiring **Picker/Packer I associates** to support distribution operations by ensuring quality products are accurately picked, packed, and shipped to customers on time. **What You'll Do** + Pick and process customer orders accurately + Operate warehouse picking equipment + Use RF scanners and computer systems for inventory transactions + Receive and stock incoming products + Maintain quality standards and inventory accuracy + Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe + Work collaboratively to meet daily production goals **Physical Requirements** + Lift up to 50 lbs regularly + Stand, walk, stoop, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift + Climb ladders as needed + Work in a fast-paced warehouse environment **Qualifications** ✅ High School Diploma or GED required ✅ Must live within 50 miles of Ellisville, MO ✅ Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship **Preferred Experience** + Previous warehouse experience + RF scanner and warehouse management system experience + Strong attention to detail + Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment + Team-oriented with good communication skills **Additional Information** + Overtime available + Union facility + System access required + No CDL required + Parking available in any unmarked space If this is a role that interests you and you’d like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
