The position requires proficiency with specialized tools, the ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics, and a commitment to working efficiently to keep plumbing and piping systems functioning reliably. **Responsibilities** + Install, repair, and maintain piping systems for water, gas, and waste in residential and commercial properties. + Diagnose issues such as leaks, clogs, and other system malfunctions, and determine appropriate repair or replacement solutions. + Perform pipe installation, including cutting, fitting, and securing PVC, copper, and PEX piping according to specifications. + Use specialized plumbing and pipefitting tools to complete installation, repair, and troubleshooting tasks safely and accurately. + Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and piping diagrams to plan and execute work in alignment with project requirements. + Install, maintain, and repair sewer systems, including performing sewer jetting and related maintenance activities. + Ensure all work complies with relevant building codes, safety standards, and company procedures. + Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment at job sites to support efficient workflow. + Perform light carpentry tasks as needed to access, install, or repair piping systems. + Work from heights, ladders, and in small crawl spaces to access piping and plumbing components. + Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and ensure timely project completion. **Essential Skills** + Hands-on experience with plumbing and pipefitting installation, repair, and mai
