Maintain a high level of cleanliness in assigned areas. May work closely with other departments to coordinate projects, room moves, room turn overs, etc. Assign personnel to established work areas or project duties. Depending upon location, may assist with coverage in areas of housekeeping and laundry during staffing shortages. Plan and coordinate project work to ensure that proper frequencies are maintained. Ensure that staff receive proper orientation, initial training and ongoing education. Ensure that proper supply control guidelines are followed and staff is trained in the use of all chemicals. Use a proactive approach to identifying and correcting facility quality assurance concerns. Provide and monitor individual guidance and motivation to assoc
