Employer: ManpowerGroup. Our client, a leading facilities management organization, is seeking a Facilities Technician 2 to join their team. As a Facilities Technician 2, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting the operational integrity of a large, historic building. The ideal candidate will demonstrate initiative, technical proficiency, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Facilities Technician 2 Location: Oxford, OH Pay Range: Shift: Thursday-Sunday 10am to 8pm What's the Job? - Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures. - Complete preventative maintenance routines with proper documentation. - Record readings and make adjustments to ensure proper operation of equipment. - Use appropriate tools to troubleshoot simple electrical circuits and HVAC systems. - Perform repairs and general maintenance tasks on building components and operational equipment. What's Needed? - At least 3 years of hands-on construction and maintenance experience. - Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical troubleshooting, and general handyman skills. - Ability to operate basic computer programs and systems, including CMMS. - Strong work ethic, dependability, and a friendly, customer-focused attitude. - Physical ability to perform labor tasks including bending, lifting over 50 lbs, and handling tools.
