This role is responsible for maintaining and improving the performance of automated systems and industrial equipment in a fast-paced environment. **Job Title:** Maintenance Technician (Mechatronics & Robotics **Pay:** $32.50/hour **Location:** Aurora, CO **Overview:** Seeking experienced technicians to support a new, highly automated facility. This role focuses on maintaining and repairing material handling equipment, conveyor systems, and advanced automation technology. **Responsibilities:** + Troubleshoot and repair material handling and conveyor systems + Maintain and install automated packaging equipment + Perform preventive maintenance using CMMS + Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues + Support and mentor junior technicians **Requirements:** + 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience + 2+ years working with MHE, conveyors, or similar equipment + High school diploma or equivalent + Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends **Preferred Skills:** + Automation and control systems + Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting + Robotics and conveyor maintenance + CMMS and preventive maintenance experience **Schedule:** + Multiple shifts available + 10–12 hour shifts, typically 4 days on / 3 days off **Work Environment:** + Active role requiring standing, walking, and lifting up to 49 lbs **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Aurora, CO. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $58760.00 - $68432.00/yr.
