Employer: Aerotek. **Maintenance Technician** **Job Type:** Contract-to-Hire **Workplace:** On-site **Pay:** $35.50 per hour **About the Role** We are hiring Maintenance Technicians to support a highly automated distribution facility by maintaining and repairing advanced equipment. This role is focused on troubleshooting and improving the performance of industrial systems in a fast-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities** + Perform **maintenance and repair** on industrial and automated equipment + Troubleshoot **mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems** + Maintain and repair **motors, conveyors, and material handling systems** + Read and interpret **blueprints and schematics** + Complete **preventive and corrective maintenance** tasks + Diagnose issues and minimize downtime + Document repairs and maintenance activities + Follow all safety standards and procedures **Requirements** + **3+ years of industrial maintenance experience** + Background in one of the following: HVAC, millwright, electrician, or military maintenance + Strong troubleshooting skills across **mechanical and electrical systems** + Ability to read **blueprints and schematics** + Experience working with **motors and industrial equipment** **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Aurora, CO. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $35.50 - $35.50/hr.
