Employer: ManpowerGroup. **Industrial Maintenance & Electrical Technician** – Manpower Our client, a leading supplier of flooring underlayment and carpet cushions, is hiring Maintenance Technicians to join their team. As an industrial maintenance technician, you will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance, emergency /breakdowns maintenance as well as following all safety rules, policies and practices. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an industrial setting, mechanical and electrical abilities along with a positive attitude which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title: Industrial Maintenance & Electrical Technician** **Location: Cape Girardeau, Missouri** **Pay Rate Range: $27-$31/hr DOE** **Shift: M-Th 2:30am – 10:30am and Friday 7:30-4:00pm** **What’s the Job?** + Repairing industrial equipment that includes replacing a variety of parts for pumping equipment. + Analyzing equipment and machinery malfunctions, determining the appropriate procedure and performing repairs. + Installing, troubleshooting and maintaining machinery and electrical systems. + Performing preventative maintenance functions. + Performing plant start up and shut down procedures. **What’s Needed?** + High school Diploma or GED is required. Additional training and education is desired. + 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, or equivalent combination of education and experience + Experience with 480/ three phase and electrical systems preferred. + Ability to use, interpretation and development of hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical drawings + Installation and maintenance of electronic devices including flow meters, encoders, servo motors, sensors, photo eyes, etc. **What’s in it for me?** + Health, welfare and retirement plans including Medical, Dental, Life insurance, Flexible Spending Accounts, Short-term Disability, Health savings plan, legal plan, 401(k). + Union membership required.
