We're looking for a Maintenance Technician with previous manufacturing experience to join our team in a clean, climate-controlled facility with top-of-the-line equipment and technology!_** **What's in it for you?** _-Enjoy a schedule that promotes a healthy work-life balance_ _-Work in a clean, comfortable, climate-controlled facility_ _-Join a stable company with a employee tenure of 5+ years_ _-Be part of an exciting new shift implementation driven by company growth and expansion_ **Pay:** $32– $35/hr DOE **Schedule:** 4x10 Mon – Thurs (3PM – 2AM) **Responsibilities:** + Perform preventive maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment. + Maintain and repair production line equipment including fillers, cappers, conveyors, bundlers, coders, labelers, and box makers + Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues with a variety of packaging and production machinery. + Support production efficiency and uptime by responding quickly to equipment issues. + Collaborate with the maintenance and operations teams to identify root causes and implement long-term fixes. + Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. **Qualifications:** + High School Diploma Minimum; Associates Degree preferred. + Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience in an industrial or regulated environment (e.g., manufacturing, pharmaceutical, food production, or similar) _***This job description is a complete list of all desired skills but not all are required.
