Employer: Aerotek. **Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic / Electro-Mechanical Technician** **Essential Skills** + At least 5 years of experience as a maintenance mechanic in an industrial or manufacturing environment. + Strong experience as a maintenance technician, maintenance mechanic, or electro-mechanical technician. + Proficiency in preventive maintenance and maintenance systems, including planning and executing PMs. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation. + Hands-on experience with mechanical repairs on industrial equipment. + Solid understanding of industrial systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, and power transmission. + Demonstrated troubleshooting skills for mechanical and basic electrical equipment failures. + Ability to perform basic electrical repairs, such as replacing motors and sensors. + Experience with maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) of manufacturing equipment. + Capability to diagnose equipment failures, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions. + Skill in fabricating components and devices using manual machine shop equipment. + Comfort working in an industrial, service-oriented mechanical environment. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Edgewood, MD. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $68640.00 - $79040.00/yr. will get company benefits **Workplace Type** This is a fully onsite position in Edgewood,MD. **Application Deadline** This position is anticipated to close on Jul 10, 2026. **About Aerotek** Aerotek® Inc. provides staffing and services solutions in manufacturing, logistics, construction, aviation, facilities and maintenance.
