This hands‑on role supports preventive maintenance, equipment rebuilds, and continuous improvement initiatives while serving as a role model within the maintenance team and a key partner to production and support functions across the organization. **Management** **Report to: Maintenance Manager** **Shift: 2nd Shift (1st Shift Training Required: 2 to 3-month period)** **Key Responsibilities** **Manage the preventive maintenance (PM) system and spare parts inventory** **Perform furnace and equipment rebuilds to prevent unscheduled downtime** **Collect and analyze equipment data to identify improvement opportunities** **Plan and execute maintenance repairs and projects, including coordination with external service providers** **Support installation, repair, and maintenance of machines, furnaces, and facility systems** **Lead assigned continuous improvement projects** **Monitor employee performance and maintain training competency** **Ensure adherence to safety processes and procedures** **Promote a culture of ownership, accountability, and safety** **Provide hands‑on support as required to meet operational needs** **Major Challenges** **Maintaining PM programs across multiple equipment types** **Supporting long‑term equipment uptime goals
