This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems. **What You’ll Do:** + Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems. + Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs. + Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems. + Review assigned work orders and partner with available systems to track completion. + Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently. + Inspect existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety laws. + Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems.
