We are currently seeking a candidate to fill our Specialist Lead, Analytics & Insights role between August 2026 - May 2027 for our People Analytics team. Recruiting for this role ends on July 16, 2026. Work you'll do - Support talent leadership with strategic reporting, dashboarding, and insights to drive data driven decision making - Create data visualizations that tell a story as well as operational dashboards (i.e., in support of executive presentations, summary of analytics projects, or as standalone dashboards) using various tools (e.g., PPT, Tableau) - Support intricate, strategic analyses and data requests from senior leaders - Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the talent lifecycle to design, build, and test holistic data and visualization solutions - Develop broad expertise in Talent data and reporting to understand the full landscape - Advise Talent leaders on key opportunities discovered by data and bring data into the discussion A successful candidate would possess these skills: - Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team - Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product - Ability to lead projects or workstreams - Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor - Ability to meet deadlines - Ability to provide clear guidance to others The team The People Analytics Team collaborates across People and the business to uncover data-driven insights to solve business challenges across the talent lifecycle and enable transformational change inside of Deloitte.
