Employer: Aerotek. **Job Title: General Production Worker - 1st and 2nd shift** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented general production workers to join a leading manufacturer of tire repair products. Successful candidates will be part of one of four groups, focusing on packaging, pinning, pressing, or milling. Each role involves specific tasks vital to the production process. **Responsibilities** + Packaging: Pack finished products into boxes, ensuring consistency and quality in a repetitive environment. + Pinning: Use a microscope to insert small pins into the product with precision. + Press: Operate machinery to press patch parts, contributing to the final product. + Mill: Assist with the operation of equipment that produces rubber, maintaining efficiency and safety. **Essential Skills** + Previous manufacturing experience is a must. + Ability to work in a repetitive environment with attention to detail. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in machine operation is a plus. + Experience with assembly, particularly under a microscope, is beneficial. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy affordable benefits with full coverage, a supportive work environment, and the opportunity for an annual profit-sharing bonus.
