You'll be at the forefront of advanced manufacturing processes, driving innovation and excellence in high-volume production environments. **Key Responsibilities** + Own and optimize critical high-volume manufacturing equipment and processes for maximum performance + Execute comprehensive testing and measurement protocols to maintain control over critical dimensions and defectivity + Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, cost, productivity, and yield metrics + Develop and sustain manufacturing capacity while demonstrating technology capabilities for global transfer + Lead process development initiatives for advanced manufacturing nodes and oversee equipment qualification + Collaborate with cross-functional teams and equipment suppliers to resolve technical challenges + Implement excursion prevention systems and proactively address process discrepancies + Participate in technology transfer activities including training and auditing across manufacturing sites **As a successful candidate, you must possess** + Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities + Excellent communication
