The Shipping/Warehouse Operator is responsible for the safe, accurate, and timely handling of materials throughout the warehouse and shipping areas. This role supports receiving, picking, packing, labeling, staging, and shipping of finished goods and raw materials while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, export, and operational procedures. The operator contributes to continuous improvement, inventory accuracy, and on‑time delivery performance. **Key Responsibilities:** **Shipping & Receiving** + Prepare, pick, pack, label, and ship finished goods in accordance with work instructions, customer requirements, and shipping documentation + Receive incoming materials, verify quantities and condition, and complete required system transactions + Stage materials for shipment and internal movement using FIFO and standard work practices + Interact with carriers and vendors during receipt and shipment activities **Warehouse Operations** + Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other powered industrial equipment safely and effectively + Move, store, and organize materials within designated warehouse locations + Maintain accurate inventory through system transactions and physical verification + Maintain housekeeping and 5S standards within assigned areas **Safety, Quality & Compliance** + Follow all safety policies, PPE requirements, a
