We are rethinking protein tools and helping thousands of researchers around the world resolve their protein analysis problems so they can reveal new insight into proteins and their role in disease. **Position Summary:** Join our cutting-edge team as a Maintenance Technician, where you'll play a crucial role in the production of consumable micro-fluidic cartridges & capillary-based Western Blot cartridges in a clean room environment. This position requires a dynamic individual who can provide engineering support to maintain and enhance our semi-automatic manufacturing processes. You'll work closely with both the production and engineering teams to ensure the smooth operation of automated and semi-automated equipment, including pick and place systems, liquid dispensing equipment, fluidics bonding processes, and inspection stations. **Key Responsibilities:** + Maintain continuous operation of production equipment within a cleanroom setting by troubleshooting issues, performing repairs or parts replacements, and making necessary adjustments. + Conduct preventive maintenance on various production equipment and assembly stations to prevent downtime. + Assist in the creation or updating of preventative maintenance procedures. + Foster open and effective communication with operators and engineering staff regarding equipment functionality and maintenance needs. + Collaborate actively with the engineering team to troubleshoot equipment/process issues an
