In this role, you’ll operate equipment, assemble components, and ensure products meet strict **quality and safety standards** . This is a hands-on role ideal for candidates with **manufacturing experience and strong attention to detail** . **What You’ll Do** **Production & Assembly** + Assemble, test, and package products using various **equipment and machinery** + Perform **machine setups, minor adjustments, and basic maintenance** + Follow **work instructions, manuals, and supervisor guidance** + Verify materials, tools, and gauges before and during production **Quality & Inspection** + Perform **measurements and visual inspections** to ensure product quality + Use tools such as: + Tape measure + Digital calipers + Inspection gauges + Apply **quality standards and documentation requirements** **Packaging & Material Handling** + Package and label finished or semi-finished goods + Move and stage materials from **raw goods to finished products** + Use equipment such as **hand trucks, carts, or electric mules** **Data & Communication** + Report **production, quality, and safety data** (manual and electronic) + Communicate process issues or concerns to **team leads or supervisors** **Safety & Housekeeping** + Maintain a **clean and organized workstation** + Follow all **safety policies and environmental standards** + Report safety concerns or incidents immediately + Perform routine operator tasks such as **cleaning and lubrication** **What You’ll Need** + High school diploma or GED + **1+ year of manufacturing experience** + Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions in English + Basic math skills (addition, subtraction for recordkeeping) + Ability to use me
